for this question I divided 16 diveded by 4 and that gave me 4.
Next I did i cut sixteen into half and then cut 8 into half and left one as 12.

At first I multiplied 2x3=6 then you have to times the numerator by 3 also to get it to equal 3,
which would be 2/6 + 3/6 = 5/6 so the answer is 5/6.
